2018-2019 Chapter Events
Here are the events that we have planned for this calendar year! For each event that you attend, we will ask that you drop your name into our "Fishbowl." At the end of the year, we will draw a name from the bowl, and that person will win a prize! The more events that you attend, the greater your chances of winning!

September:
9/10: Kick-off Meeting! | Franklin College Welcome Center
Our first meeting of the year! Join us to kick-off the year, discuss chapter goals, and get some sister lovin'!
9/23: Beta Theta Bid Day | Province Park
The women of Beta Theta have invited us to attend Bid Day!
9/29: Franklin College Homecoming - Alumnae Breakfast | Zeta Suite
The women of Beta Theta have invited us to join them in the ZTA suite for breakfast on the morning of Homecoming! Please bring a main dish to share!
9/29: Franklin College Homecoming - Zeta Zone Tail-gate
A yearly tradition! Join us at the tail-gate for food and fun! We may or may not care about the score of the game! :)
October:
10/8: Pinterest Party Business Meeting | Minta's House
Bring a recipe that you have tried, a craft that you have planned, or a Pinterest "FAIL" story to share!
10/15: Founders Day Celebration w/ Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter | ZTA International Office
We will be celebrating Founder's Day with the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter! We get to have the ceremony at the new IO!
10/20: Making Strides 5K | Downtown Indianapolis
Join our team, Maud Squad, and come to the 5K!
November:
11/2: Beta Theta's Annual BMOC | Branigin Room, Franklin College
The women of Beta Theta have invited us to their annual BMOC fundraiser to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer Education.
11/5: Minute-to-Win-it Games Business Meeting | Franklin College Dietz Center
We will be playing Minute-to-Win-It games! We will also be inviting the Beta Theta seniors to attend this event with us.
11/27: Giving Tuesday - Scholarship Drive
During the month of November, we will be conducting a fundraising campaign to raise money for our scholarship. This will be our push day! Stay tuned for more information!
December:
12/2: Annual Christmas Party & Auction | Barb's House
A fan favorite! Celebrate the holiday with sisters! Bring an unwrapped gift and some cash! Also, please bring a side dish to share for our Christmas feast!
January (2019):
TBD: "Soup"er Bowl Party Fundraiser & FC Women's Basketball game | Spurlock Center
Bring a soup and some dollars! You will have the opportunity to taste each soup, and vote on your favorites using your dollars! All money raised will go to the foundation, and the soup with the most "votes" will be deemed the winner!
February:
2/11: Galentine's Day Service Project | Location: TBD
In celebration of Valentine's Day, we will be completing a service project. Stay tuned - More to come!
2/18: Obscure Holiday Cookie Exchange Business Meeting
Bring a plate of cookies to celebrate your favorite obscure holiday! We will do a cookie exchange, and have our regular business meeting.
March:
3/4: Badge Day!
Take a selfie of you wearing your badge and send it to us on social media!
3/18: Self-Defense Class | Location: TBD

4/6: Zeta Day | Embassy Suites, Noblesville, IN

TBD: FC Greek Awards & Dinner | Franklin College
We will be attending Greek Awards to celebrate the achievements of the Beta Theta chapter. Following the awards, we will plan to go to dinner somewhere near campus.
TBD: Beta Theta Annual Dog-Dash 5K
The women of Beta Theta will be hosting their annual Dog Dash 5K. Bring your pet and an animal shelter donation (food, toys, accessories).
May:
5/6: Senior Initiation & Dinner Business Meeting
We will be conducting the Beta Theta seniors Alumnae Initiation in the ZTA suite on campus. Following the initiation, we will go out to dinner in Franklin, inviting the newly initiated alumnae to join us.
June:
6/6: Dining for Dollars Final Business Meeting | McAlister's Deli, Greenwood, IN
This is our final business meeting. Bring your "tip" as a donation for the foundation!
